Call for Proposals: Search for University-Territory Connection Cases within the Framework of the Urban Imprint Project

The Urban Imprint initiative invites participation in a special call aimed at identifying and documenting cases of collaboration between universities and territorial entities (municipalities and other entities with local presence) in the European Union. Our goal is to explore and highlight practices that systematically address local challenges, whether they are public policies or of another nature, affecting our communities.

What Are We Looking For?

We are interested in cases that exemplify a systematic approach to university-territory collaboration, beyond specific actions. We are looking for initiatives that:

  • Establish frameworks for ongoing action for the connection between universities and the territory.
  • Involve collaboration between universities, municipalities, and/or other territorial entities.
  • Address local challenges through innovative and sustainable approaches.

Participation

The call is open to participants from any country in the European Union who wish to share cases that meet the mentioned criteria. To participate, interested parties must:

Contact this email address (xxxxxx@xxxx.xx) to receive the case study form.

Selection and Dissemination

The selected cases will be featured on the Urban Imprint project website and will become part of a database accessible to researchers, policymakers, and anyone interested in the productive interaction between universities and territories.

This call represents an excellent opportunity to showcase and share best practices in building bridges between academic knowledge and local needs, thus contributing to a more integrated and sustainable territorial development.

We look forward to your participation!
